Terms and Conditions
1.All prices stipulated on this website are in SGD dollars and not inclusive of postage fees.
2.All items are non-exchangeable. No trades/swaps.
3.All orders are subject to stock availability,and there is no guarantee of order. However, I will do a full refund if your order is out of stock.
4.Notify us 2 hours before the designated time if you are unable to meet us and another suitable timing will be arranged. However, if you fail to be present for 3 meet-ups, your goods will be put up for sale.
5.We will not be responsible for any lost mails hence registered mail is highly recommended.
6.Payment must be made after confirmation of your order before we send in your order.
7.No refund will be given after you have made your payment unless the order is out of stock.
8.In the event that the goods are out of stock, you could either choose another item or we will make a full refund of the amount that you have paid. If the new item that you have chosen is less than or more than what you have originaly paid, we will inform you as to what to do.
9.All items will be checked for defect before mailing out. Thus, we are not liable for any damages during the process of mailing.
10.It is understood that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions if you are purchasing any items from us.
Postage fees:
Weight not stepping over 40g: 80 cents
Weight not stepping over 100g: $1.00
Weight not stepping over 250g: $1.50
Weight not stepping over 500g: $2.50
Weight not stepping over 1kg: $3.50
Weight not stepping over 2kg: $4.50
* Note: We will not be responsible for any damaged/lost items by normal post.
For Registered Mail, please state “register mail” in the e-mail. There will be an additional charge of $2.25 for registered postage. Signature is required at the delivery address to accept the items. Delivery time is usually by next working day, but certain bulky items can take up to a week. If your order is more than 2kg, it will be sent to you in separate packets.
